Vantreau exists for owner-led companies that are done being handed strategy and left to execute it alone. We do both — and we stake our reputation on the result.
Our story
Founded on a simple frustration: too much advice, too little delivery.
Advice is cheap. Follow-through is where firms actually win.
Vantreau was built by people who kept watching good businesses pay for polished recommendations and then get left to figure out the hard part on their own. The deck looked great. The execution never came.
So we built the opposite. One team that sets the direction and does the work — the brand, the AI, the campaigns — with the same people accountable from first call to final result. We keep the client list short on purpose, because attention is the whole point.
We are based in Brampton and work with owner-led firms across Ontario, British Columbia and beyond. The scale stays deliberately small so the standard stays high.

No deposits, no invoices for promises. Every engagement is milestone-based and billed only after you approve what was built.
Plain language, always
We name things the way you recognise them. If a recommendation cannot survive being explained simply, it is not a good recommendation.
Small on purpose
A short client list means senior attention on your work, not a junior team and a status report. Fewer clients, done properly.
Honest before agreeable
If we are not the right fit, or an idea will not work, we will tell you at the consult — before you have spent a dollar.
